Leadership

This is the story of the time of Chaliph Umar ibn al Khatab.
There r two ppls dragging the boy to the court because of murdering their father. The boy asked by Umar "is it true that you kill their father" and the boy said "yes it is. But it is by accident". The two brothers want the implementation of Qisas on tht boy. But then the boy request that he want to be away for a 3 days for seeking his younger brother. The boy explain to Umar RA that his father is already past away. He afraid that if he dies his younger brother don't has money to live. Umar RA agreed to let the boy go on d cndition of tht the boy must has a guarantor. In tht time, Abu Dhar is the one who volunteered to be his guarantor. So if the boy did not present by the 3rd days b4 magrib time, Abu Dhar is the one who will beheaded. So the time goes by where the boy didn't show up on 1st day... the same thing hapened on d 2nd days. On the 3rd days the boys didn't show up until the crucial hour which is on the magrib time. Umar RA ask the boy, why the boy still come even though he can run away anytime he want. The boy answer he afraid tht ppl will said about Muslim. The Muslims give their word but they don't fulfill it. Then Umar turn to Abu Dhar and ask why he be the guarantor the boy? Abu Dhar answer that he don't want other ppl said when Muslim in needs & no one there to help him. Hearing from both answers, then the brothers said to Umar RA tht they forgive the boy. They r afraid ppl said about Muslim, which not able to forgive when someone ask for forgiveness.

Keeping promise, helping the brothers in needs and forgiveness r the main point of the story
In this surah of Al-Imran:159 explaining about leadership and the step 4 resolving the conflict.Try to

1. Overlook their mistake
2. Forgive
3. Musyawarah - consult with them
4. Tawakkal - rely on Allah after making decision

So by mercy from Allah , [O Muhammad], you were lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult them in the matter. And when you have decided, then rely upon Allah . Indeed, Allah loves those who rely [upon Him].
